MEET THE OWNERS

Brock Cain brings a team-first mindset and a strong eye for the work that turns an overlooked garage into a useful part of the home. A Waxhaw native and Parkwood High School graduate, Brock earned his master’s degree in business while continuing his football career at Wingate University, wearing number 52.

Now also a proud father, Brock understands how valuable organized, functional space can be for a growing household. The preparation, accountability, and physical work behind college football carry directly into the way he approaches each Twin Transformations project. He believes a good plan only matters when the details are followed through—from clearing the first pile to placing the final piece of equipment.

Austin Cain combines practical problem-solving with the discipline required to keep a project moving from idea to finished space. Like his brother, Austin grew up in Waxhaw, attended Parkwood High School, and earned his master’s degree in sports medicine while playing football at Wingate University, where he wore number 44.

Today, Austin works with youth athletes to help prepare them, guide them toward positive choices, and unlock their full potential. That same commitment to understanding a person’s goals and building the right path forward shapes his work with Twin Transformations. His focus is helping homeowners see what their garage can become and making the process clear from the first walkthrough forward.
